Remove Control Valve
1.Lower hydraulic links and thoroughly clean remote valve stack.
To aid reassembly draw a diagonal line across the valve stack.
NOTE: Individual remote valve assemblies can be removed from the tractor without the need to remove the complete valve stack. -To remove the complete valve stack refer to PRIMARY HYDRAULIC POWER SYSTEM
Electro-hydraulic remote valve - Remove (A.10.C)
2.Identify and disconnect the connectors to each remote valve solenoid.
Disconnect hydraulic pipe work (1).
3.Remove the top plate
Remove the valve bolts (1).
Remove slices making sure to place them in their correct order on the workbench.
4.Remove EDC slice and Power beyond slice
Install Control Valve
1.Replace the slices onto the top of the centre housing ensuring they are aligned with the mark scratched onto the slices when they were removed.
Relocate the valve bolts and tighten in sequence to a torque 30 N.
