Error description:BRAKE FLAP ACTUATOR
Engine brake flap actuator: the current drain measured by ECU is out of the target range or the maximum permissible temperature of the ECU component for power supply of the actuator is  exceeded

Error detection
Errorlamp shows permanent light. Entry in errormemory.
 

Possible reason for error
Engine brake flap actuator: cable break or short circuit, sensor defective, connection cable demaged
 

Take actions for error repair
Check cabling, sensor defect, check sensor and if necessary replace it, check connection cable and if necessary repair or replace it other error properties
System reaction: Warning, shutoff output Behaviour error lamp: permanent light

How to Solve JCB 140 205 Excavator Fuel Level Low Alarm C101D?

How to Solve C101D-68- Fuel Level Low Alarm.(For JS140 Side mounted Sensor) .

Possible Cause: 
1. Fuel Level is low in the fuel tank.
2. Fuel sensor not connected to machine revolver harness.
3. Faulty fuel sensor.
 

Diagnosis: 
1. Check the fuel level in fuel tank.
2. Check fuel senor connection with machine revolver harness.
3. Check the resistance output of fuel sensor between machine grounds & Pin no “B” of fuel sensor. 

Fuel sensor.
output shall be between 12Ω - 100Ω Refer below photograph for fuel sensor connection. 

Corrective Action:-
1. Refill the fuel in the tank
2. Connect properly fuel sensor with revolver wire harness.
3. Replace the fuel sensor.

John Deere 230LCR Excavator Sampling Hydraulic Oil

This instruction show you guide on how to perform sampling hydraulic oil for John Deere 230LCR excavator.

IMPORTANT: Prevent damage to hydraulic system components. DO NOT run engine without oil in hydraulic tank.


NOTE: Sample hydraulic oil once a year.
1. Park machine on a level surface.
2. Position machine with arm cylinder fully retracted and bucket cylinder fully extended.
3. Lower bucket to the ground.


IMPORTANT: Turbocharger may be damaged if engine is not properly shut down.
4. Run engine with engine rpm dial at 1/3 position without load for 2 minutes.
5. Move engine rpm dial to slow idle position.
6. Attach a “Do Not Operate” tag on the right control lever.
7. Pull pilot control shut-off lever to locked position.
8. Open rear right side access door and secure door in open position.
9. Clean valve (A), located on pilot filter housing assembly, and use to sample hydraulic oil.

How to Solve AGCO DTB DT205B Trouble Code D121 Error Code?

This instruction show you guide on how to solve AGCO tractor DTB DT205B trouble code D121.

The alternator voltage regulator voltage is too high (filtered battery signal) (X55).

Possible causes

The filtered battery supply voltage is above 15.5 V

The alternator voltage regulator is faulty

The instrument panel voltage filter system is faulty



Consequences

There is a risk of overvoltage causing damage to the tractor electrical components.



D121 error code: diagnostic file

Check fuses F38 and F12.
Checking the voltage supplied by the two alternators

Test the voltage between terminal 1 of connector X192 or terminal 1 of connector X193 and the earth.



Note: 
For more information about the alternator test, refer to the workshop manual.

Erase any errors in the instrument panel and check that the error code does not re-appear.

Change the alternator voltage regulator. Repair the electrical fault if necessary.

Replace the instrument panel. The condenser inside the instrument panel may be faulty.


Note: 
Before replacing the instrument panel, check to make sure that the two voltage input terminals for the instrument panel are correct. Terminal 1 of connector X55 is connected to a + supply when the ignition is switched on. Terminal 68 of connector X55 is connected to a permanent + supply.


Carry out a test, while checking to ensure that the error code does not re-appear.

Error Description

ENGINE SPEED
Crankschaft speed sensor: the ECU receives no signal and uses the signal from camschaft speed sensor as alternative to calculate the engine speed .

CONDITION FOR RUNNING THE DTC:

The ignition switch is ON.

 

CONDITION FOR SETTING DTC:

Either Of the Following Conditions Is Met:

1. The ECM detects that the 5 volts reference circuit 4 voltage is less than 4.8 volts.

2.The ECM detects that the 5 volts reference circuit 4 voltage is more than 5.2 volts.

 

ACTION TAKEN WHEN THE DTC SETS:

1. The ECM illuminates the malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) when the diagnostic runs and fails.

2. The ECM records the operating conditions at the time the diagnostic fails. The ECM stores this information in the Freeze Frame/Failure Records.

 

The ECM Apply Defaulted Warning Action And Fail-Safe Controls:

1. MIL:ON

2. Reduced Engine Power Indicator Lamp:ON

3. Cruise Control Inhibition

 

CONDITION FOR CLEARING THE DTC:

1 The ECM turns OFF the MIL after 3 consecutive driving cycles when the diagnostic runs and does not fail.

2 A current DTC clears when the diagnostic runs and passes.

3 A history DTC clears after 40 consecutive warm-up cycles,if no failures are reported after the ECM turns OFF the MIL

4 Use the diagnostic tool to clear the MIL and the DTC.
