Procedures:

1 Thoroughly clean fuel filter assembly and surrounding area.

2 Loosen vent screw (D) on the top of the filter head several turns.

3. Disconnect water sensor wiring (B) from the (A) filter.

4 Loosen drain plug (C) and drain fuel into a suitable container.

5. When fuel has drained, turn the drain plug out completely.

6 Using a filter wrench, remove the filter (A) from the filter head.

7 Inspect filter head for cleanliness. Clean as required.

Accessing

To run the Driver Reward function, select "Driver Reward" from the Service menu. What displays next is dependent upon the status of the Driver Reward Enable parameter.

 

If the Driver Reward Enable parameter is Enabled, the Driver Reward screen is displayed:

Make the desired changes in the Driver Reward screen. Click Send. The Enter Customer Passwords dialog box is displayed.

Diagnosis: 
1. Check the fuel level in fuel tank.
2. Check fuel senor connection with machine revolver harness.
3. Check the resistance output of fuel sensor between machine grounds & Pin no “B” of fuel sensor.

1. Refill the fuel in the tank
2. Connect properly fuel sensor with revolver wire harness.
