Procedures:
STEP 1
While testing, the machine must be on a clear level surface with the bucket in the travel position.
STEP 2
Press button P1 on the diagnostic center.
STEP 3
Press button P2 and highlight test.
STEP 4
Confirm the selection by pressing button P3 under“OK”.
STEP 5
Confirm the test selection by pressing button P3 under “OK”.
STEP 6
Confirm the start of the test by pressing button P3 under “GO”.
STEP 7
The system automatically activates the electric motor for the secondary steering system for 20 seconds.
NOTE: During this procedure steer the machine in both directions.
STEP 8
Display will verify completion of test.
STEP 9
The display will return to the test page menu, press button P1 to return to home page.
STEP 10
If the machine steering was jerky or there was no steering the secondary steering system must be repaired or adjusted.
